Welcome to Forest Creek Community

FOREST CREEK SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, located in the southwest section of the city of Melbourne, on Florida's east coast. We are a gated, private, residential deed-restricted community which at build-out consisted of 156 homes, 14 of which are outside the gate. These 14 homes are no less a part of our community. The connection to these residents outside the gate is an open passage, right-of-way accessed between Marshall Dr. and Brown Avenue. This exit is intended only for residential pedestrian traffic.
