AUTHORIZATION
The Parks and Roads&Drainage Committees were created prior to the 'Turnover' of the Association from the Developer to the Residents. These were created to deal with single pressing issues or on-going problems facing the Association at the time. All had the unique feature of being one person endeavors. The other listed committees were created post turnover which again were created to meet the emergent requirements of that time and intended to fulfill their purpose for a specific time interval. Unfortunately, not enough interst is currently present to incur volunteers to lend their time to the annually important Nominating Committee. Covenant Review Committee was called upon to create an Ammendment to the Covenants and Restrictions to the number of trees required in the front yard.
