The Property Management shall periodically inspect the community and identify any observed covenant violations. This committee shall render fines according to non-compliance with the requirements as stipulated in our Covenants and Restrictions Document for covenant violations not corrected in the stated time frame in the letter. Letters sent through the USPS will serve as notification to the homeowner as notice, identifying the violation and the time required to correct the violation. Violation letters shall be sent at periodic intervals until correction is made.
