This committee started out as a need to address safety concerns arising from resident and visitor vehicle movement within our gated community. Exceeeding the posted 25 mile per hour,
specifically 'speeding' as determined to be the root of the problem. The conception at the time was that because we live in a gated community residents and guests could ignore Traffic
Control Devices visible throughout the community.
