YEAR IN REVIEW:

The following is a list of the issues/accomplishments that were resolved by the Board in the 2008-2009 term:

Battery Backup was installed to the Front Gate. What that means is that if the power were ever to go out the Gate can still operate normally on battery power for a limited period of time, both the entrance and exit gates.

Property Management companies was changed from Bayside to Fairway. A change for the better and a long time coming. Its a question of getting more value for the money.

A review of the finances by the new Property Management Company revealed a surplus of funds. The surplus allowed a reduction in the annual assessment for 2010.

Installation of Pedestrian gate.

Voluntary Pet Registry started.

SEVENTH BOARD:

The table to the left represents the members of the seventh elected FCHOA Board of Directors. This Year's Board Members are listed in the following table. Since the nominees were not more than the prescribed 9 maximum board members, no election process was required and the nominees automatically became this year's Board. The Bylaws is the governing document for this process.
